Services
Most of what we do starts the same way: someone tells us where they're going and what they need to run when they get there. The design, the parts list, the install, the phone call eighteen months later — all of it follows from that one conversation. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Van and RV Installations
We build complete power systems in our Coburg shop — conversion vans, RVs, fifth wheels, bus builds, work trucks. Panels mounted so they stay mounted. Wire gauge and fusing sized for the loads you'll actually run, not the loads on a spec sheet. Everything laid out so the next person to open that panel can follow it.
We design around Victron: inverter/chargers, MPPT solar controllers, Orion DC-DC chargers, and Cerbo monitoring. Before your vehicle leaves the shop, we set the system to the right parameters for safety and efficiency and make sure you can see it — connected over Bluetooth, WiFi, or an installed display. You should be able to glance at your phone and know what your system is doing.
System Design and Consultation
Plenty of people want to do the install themselves. Good — it's your rig, and you'll know it better for having wired it.
We'll help you get the design right before you start cutting holes: load calculations, battery sizing, panel and controller pairing, wire gauge, fuse and breaker selection, and a diagram you can actually build from. We know the equipment and when to use it. Only you know how you're going to live in the thing. A design that works comes out of both.
Troubleshooting and Repair
Systems fail, and they rarely fail conveniently. Bring us one that isn't charging, isn't holding, or is throwing an error nobody can interpret — including systems we didn't build — and we'll find out why.
We're a Victron Service Center, which means warranty work on Victron equipment runs through us directly instead of through a queue somewhere else. If a component has to be replaced, we'll tell you. If it's a setting, we'll tell you that too, and we won't invent a part you don't need.
Free Tech Support
Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. A real person who has wired the thing you're wiring. No ticket number, no callback window.
Call (971) 712-3512, send an email, or text. We support systems for the lifetime of the system — travel with confidence knowing we're a call, email, or text away. It's the least scalable thing we do and the thing customers mention most.
Getting Started
Tell us where you're going and what you need to run when you get there. The rest follows from that.
Installs book by the day, and you can see which dates are open on our install schedule before you call.
